Our method of systematic search for and evaluation of executives and specialists consists of several phases:

Analyse the client’s requirement(s)

Search and evaluate

Present candidates found in the search and evaluation phase

Negotiation and consulting

On-boarding

Each of these phases includes several steps aimed at finding, attracting and retaining the interest of the “right person“ for the position in question. During each phase we will work closely with our client, regularly keeping the client informed both of our progress and any problems that may be identified. When the right executive has been found for the position we assist in the negotiations (if required).

We also provide coaching to the successful candidate enabling faster integration and improving long term retention . In our contacts the client remains anonymous and is identified only later in the process.
