Quality System

In order to reassure our clients that the quality of service and rigorous methods they have come to expect and rely upon from their local office will be replicated on every assignment conducted by its partners everywhere, Friisberg & Partners International has a formal Quality System.
 
The Quality System was over two years in development, was the result of collaborative endeavour by our partners in six countries and is based on careful analysis of our collective professional experience over four decades.
 
Our 58 page Quality Manual codifies in detail the methodology employed by our partners and consultants across all of our offices. Whilst not prescriptive on processes and practices, it clearly sets out the standards that will continue to underpin the success of our services, wherever we operate. This document is under continuous review and is revised as appropriate to keep our services at the forefront of best practice.
 
The Friisberg & Partners International Quality Assurance team conducts both regular and random sample audits of assignments undertaken by our partners and consultants.
