Client Charter

The clients of Friisberg & Partners International  consider our consultants "trusted advisers". Such relationships take considerable time to develop and are founded on mutual respect and uninpeachable professional conduct.

Similarly, our consultants always endeavour to earn the trust and respect of the candidates approached during the course of an Executive Search assignment.

Therefore all of our partners and consultants - and their respective teams - choose to be collectively bound by our strict code of professional ethics, our "Client Charter":

Information received from clients and candidates is treated confidentially and is never divulged without the prior approval of the appropriate party.

The executives and staff of our client companies are not approached for at least 12 months after the completion of the last assignment undertaken for that client - they are "off-limits".

We restrict the number of clients we work for in any industry and as a result we ensure few "off-limits" issues.

We will only accept instructions to undertake Executive Search assignments that, in our view, can be completed cost effectively.

We continue to work on an assignment until a satisfactory solution to the problem has been found.

We guarantee our client a replacement if a candidate, once hired, leaves within six months of commencing employment.

We only recharge our clients those expenses that are directly attributable to an assignment.

Commission payments to client executives are never offered.

Commission payments from potential candidates are not accepted.
